龙门加工中心主轴系统的热态性能分析技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 龙门加工中心主轴系统热态特性是提升机床性能的一个关键问题。针对龙门加工中心主轴系统热态特性分析的需要,建立有限元分析模型,计算主轴轴承的发热量以及主轴系统各个表面的对流换热系数,利用ANSYS WORKBENCH对其温度场、热变形状况以及热-结构耦合问题进行了分析计算,得到了不同位置轴承对总热变形的影响以及不同转速条件下主轴系统的稳态热态性能。实验测试数据表明分析计算结果的准确性较高,可用于指导该型龙门加工中心主轴系统结构优化设计和热变形补偿。 The thermal characteristic of gantry machining center spindle system is a key issue to improve performance of machine tool.For the need of thermal characteristic analysis for a type of gantry type machining center spindle system,finite element models are established.On the basis of calculating the heat generated by spindle bearing and the heat convection coefficient of each surface,ANSYS WORKBENCH is applied to analyze and calculate the temperature field,the condition of thermal deformation and thermal-structural coupled issue,thus the influence of the bearings at different locations upon the total thermal deformation and the steady state,hot state properties of the spindle system at different speed are obtained.The experimental data show the high accuracy of the analysis results,which can be used to guide architecture design and optimization of thermal deformation compensation of this type of machining center spindle system.
