摘要
进行齿轮轴的静力分析时,常采用在三维软件中建立模型,并导入有限元分析软件中进行计算的方式。对于系列化的产品,以上过程无法实现快速改型设计,进行大量重复性工作,工作效率低下。针对以上问题,提出了齿轮轴的参数化有限元分析系统的总体框架;以VC++6.0为开发平台,实现了系统各模块的功能。整个过程完成了对ANSYS中APDL语句的封装以及对ANSYS核心程序的调用。以某齿轮轴的设计分析全过程为实例进行了详细说明,解决了ANSYS中完成同类分析时界面不友好及耗时较长的问题。
During the static analysis of gear shaft,the model is usually created in three-dimensional modeling software,and imported into the finite element analysis software to calculate.For series of product,the above process can hardly guarantee the quick remodel design with a large number of repetitive work and low work efficiency.To solve the above problem,a main framework of finite element analysis system of gear shaft parameterization is proposed in it with VC++6.0 as the developing platform and the functions of each block of the system are effectuated,which process finishes the encapsulation of APDL sentences and the invocation of ANSYS core programs.The process of designing and analyzing of a certain gear shaft is taken as an example with specific illustration to solve the problems of unfriendly interface and long time-consuming when using ANSYS to do homogeneous analysis.
