摘要
机床的动态性能直接关系到机床的加工性能,为了提高机床的加工精度及效率,必须要求机床整机具备优异的动态特性。基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,研究了CX110100立式车铣复合加工中心关键零部件的动态性能,运用Solid187单元进行网格划分,根据机床的工作实际加载边界条件,实现了加工中心主要零部件的模态分析和谐响应分析,保证了加工中心的设计要求,把有限元分析软件应用于车铣复合加工中心的设计中,对提高加工中心的设计质量具有重要意义。
The dynamic property of a machine tool is directly connected with its machining capability.A machine tool with a perfect property can improve the machining precision and efficiency.Based on ANSYS Workbench software of finite element analysis,dynamic property of key parts of CX110100 machining center was analyzed.And by use of Solid187 element,the meshing is completed,edge condition is added in accordance with real work so that the model analysis and harmonic response analysis for the key parts are realized,which guarantee the design requirement of the machining center.Therefore it is significant to improve the design quality of machining center by applying FEA software in the design of hybrid machining center.
