摘要
在机械制造领域,混联机床结合了并联机床和传统机床的主要优点,它既有高的刚度,也有大的工作空间,它作为加工机床的理想补充已被许多学者接受。一种新型的混联机床是由一个空间三自由度(两个移动和一个转动)的并联机构和一个XY平面二自由度(两个移动)的工作平台组成,可以作为高速多自由度的加工中心,扩大机床的加工范围。对空间三自由度的并联机构的正向运动学和逆向运动学进行了分析和研究,并使用MATLAB软件编程,给出了数值实例。
In the field of machinofacture hybrid kinematics machine(HKM)contains the main advantages of parallel kinematics machine(PKM)and traditional machine tools with both high stiffness and large working space,which is accepted by many scholars as an ideal complement of machining tools.A novel Hybrid Kinematics Machine is composed of A 3-DOF(wo translations and one rotation)parallel kinematics mechanism and a 2-DOF XY table(two translations),which processing range can be extended as a high speed multi-DOF machining center.The inverse and forward kinematics problems of 3DOF parallel mechanism are analyzed and studied.A numerical example based on MATLAB is presented later in it.
