摘要
国际产业转移自二战以来在全球范围内至少形成了三大浪潮。20世纪80年代以来中国沿海地区作为当时国际产业转移的主要承接地,经济增长取得了令人瞩目的成绩。中国部分企业近年来由于要素成本增加等原因开始通过产业转移来提高企业收益,近年来越南作为东盟第二大经济体对承接国际产业转移有较强的兴趣和需求。中越产业转移应以中国—东盟自由贸易为依托增进合作,双方政府为产业转移创造条件,建立政府互访和企业家交流机制。
The international industrial relocation has formed at least 3 big tides since World War II in the global scope. Since 1980＂s, as the main places that took on international industrial relocation, the Chinese coastal areas have obtained the amazing results in the economical growth. In recent years, due to the factors of increasing cost, China enterprise began to shift the industry to improve the business profit. Vietnam, as the second largest economy, has the strong interest and demand to undertake international industrial transfer. The industrial transfer in China-Vietnam shall rely on the free trade of China-ASEAN to promote cooperation; both governments should create the conditions for industrial transfer, and set up government exchange visits and entrepreneurs communication mechanism.
