莱钢建立了煤气安全管理制度,加大安全培训力度,定期开展煤气事故应急演练,设立煤气防护站,配备煤气专业防护人员,为煤气安全管理提供了可靠的组织保障;加强煤气运行维护、检修管理,坚持源头预防、过程控制;推行煤气系统本质安全化改造,在主要煤气区域实施煤气在线监控,推广应用防泄漏式煤气排水器,为确保煤气系统安全运行提供了坚实基础。
