摘要
潍焦集团粗苯加氢项目采用导热油加热技术代替蒸汽热源技术,同时将外部热耦合精馏技术和蒸发式空气冷却器技术应用到粗苯加氢精制装置中,节约中压蒸汽4.5t/h,低压蒸汽10.5t/h,新水25m3/h,年节约成本1976万元。
Weijiao Group used heat-conducting oil heating technology instead of the steam as the heat source in the benzene hydrogenation project. At the same time,it used the external thermal coupling distillation technology and evaporative air cooler technology in the crude benzene hydrogenation set. These applications of energy-saving technologies saved medium-pressure steam 4.5 t/h,low-pressure steam 10.5 t/h,fresh water 25 m3/h,and the cost 19.76 million Yuan per year.
