摘要
由1-金刚烷醇与苯并三氮唑在浓硫酸介质下,室温搅拌2 h合成N-1-(1-金刚烷基)苯并三氮唑,产率为95%;产物结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR以及NOE等手段进行表征;该合成方法具有简便快速、产率高等优点。
By the 1-adamantanol and benzotriazole in sulfuric acid medium,stirring 2 h at room temperature,N-1-(1-adamantanyl) benzotriazole was synthesized with the yield of 95%.The product structure by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and NOE were characterized.This method was simple,rapid,high yield,etc.
