摘要
基于平朔矿区首次使用ZFY12000/23/40D两柱掩护式放顶煤支架,为评价该支架在此矿区的适应性,总体研究了支架结构、承受载荷、平衡千斤顶、电液控制系统和实际使用工况。结果表明:支架结构能满足放煤要求;实测周期来压步距11.6 m,动载系数1.71;支架工作阻力5 941kN,最大12 443 kN;支架二柱受力偏差5.96%;放煤后支架受力降低13%;放煤后平衡千斤顶受力变化最大30.23%;实测支架移架时间初期29.8 s、后期59.7 s,放煤时间54.3 s;工作面遇断层和风化氧化区,架前冒顶和煤壁片帮增多;电液控制系统控制器失效较多。分析认为ZFY12000/23/40D型两柱式放顶煤支架在该地质条件下适应性较好。
Due to the ZFY12000/23/40D two leg hydraulic powered shield caving support first applied to Pingshuo Mining Area,in order to evaluate the suitability of the powered support to the mining area,the powered support structure,bearing loads,hydraulic balance jack,electric and hydraulic control system and actual application conditions were generally studied.The study results showed that powered support structure could meet the top coal caving requirements.The site measured periodical strata pressurized step distance would be 11.6 m and the dynamic load coefficient would be 1.71.The working resistance of the powered support was 5 941 kN and the max working resistance would be 12 443 kN.The loading differential of the two legs would be 5.96%.After the top coal caved,the load on the powered support would be reduced by 13%.After the top coal caved,the max load variation value on the hydraulic balance jack would be 30.23%.The site measured time of the powered support forward advancing was 29.8 s in the initial period,was 59.7 s in the later period and the top coal caving time was 54.3 s.The occasions to pass through the faults and the weathered oxidized zone,the roof failing in the front of the powered support and the coal wall spalling for the coal mining face were increased.There were many failures occurred in the controller of the electric and hydraulic control system.The paper held that the ZFY12000/23/40D two leg hydraulic powered caving support could have a good suitability under the such geological conditions.
