摘要
淮安大桥主桥为(152+370+152)m全飘浮体系斜拉桥,主梁为38.6m宽双边箱预应力混凝土箱梁,最大悬浇节段重达540t。主梁施工采用前支点挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术,挂篮承载平台设计刚度大,并在适当位置配置锚杆组,以减少箱梁纵、横向变形及"错台"量;同时长大构件分段制作并采用高强螺栓连接,以满足运输及现场拼装的要求;挂篮预压采用现场堆载法,荷载分4级按边主梁、横隔梁、顶板、中纵梁的顺序进行加载。主梁混凝土悬臂浇筑由梁端向已浇段推进、从中心向两侧对称均衡浇筑。
The main bridge of the Huai′an Bridge is a full floating system cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement(152+370+152) m.The main girder of the bridge is the prestressed concrete box girder that is 38.6 m in width,has twin edge boxes and the heaviest cast-in-situ segment of 540 t and the girder was constructed by the techniques of cantilever casting by the front-support form traveler.The designed rigidity of the carrying platform of the traveler is great and at the appropriate positions of the traveler,the anchor bar groups were provided to reduce longitudinal and transverse deformation of the girder and staggering amount between the traveler and the girder segments.Moreover,the long and large components of the traveler were fabricated in sections and were connected by high-strength bolts to cater for the need of transportation and site assembling.The traveler was trial loaded at the site by the piled loading method,the load was applied to the traveler in 4 steps in the order of the side main girder,diaphragms,top slab and middle longitudinal girder.The cantilever casting of the main girder segments proceeded symmetrically and balancedly from the girder ends towards the cast segments and from the center towards the two sides.
