摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在小儿肠套叠诊断和治疗中的应用。方法:回顾性分析经超声诊断及在超声监视下水压灌肠复位及手术证实的小儿肠套叠127例。结果:本组患儿超声确诊率100%,超声监视下水压灌肠复位121例,成功率95.3%。结论:超声检查小儿肠套叠准确性高,可作为影像学首选的检查方法,超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠方法安全有效,成功率高。
Objective：To investigate the application of ultrasonography for diagnosing and curing children＇s intussusceptions.Methods：127 cases with intussusception confirmed by Hydrostatic Pressure enema reduction through ultrasound.guide and operative reduction were underwent ultrasonography and analyzed retrospectively.Results： The diagnostic accuray rate was 100%,The success rate of Hydrostatic Pressure enema reduction through ultrasound guide was 95.3%（121/127）.Conclusions： Ultrasonography is the primary method for the diagnosis of intussusception,Hydrostatic Pressure enema reduction of intussusception under ultrasound guidance is safety and succeed.
