摘要
利用有限单元法对一款冲压铆接自卸车车架进行了仿真分析,计算得到该车架在典型极限工况下的变形和应力,结果表明该车架强度合理,满足设计要求。
A stamped and riveted dump-truck frame is analyzed by using the finite element method (FEM). In order to improve the accuracy of numerical analysis, each rivet joint is treated as a combination of two rigid elements and one beam element. Structural deformation and stress distribution is obtained for several typical load cases. Numerical results show that the truck frame has reasonable structural strength, which satisfies the design requirement.
