摘要
基于Fluent软件建立了孔式静压径向气体轴承的三维实体计算模型,并进行了数值模拟,分析了偏心率、节流孔数和气膜平均厚度对轴承承载力的影响。结果表明:应用Fluent数值模拟可以很方便地处理节流小孔进入到气膜内区域的复杂流场流动,得到不同偏心率下轴承的承载力变化规律,且轴承的承载力随着气膜平均厚度的增大而减小,随着节流孔数的减少而减小。
The 3-D solid model of aerostatic radial bearing with orifice is established based on Fluent software,the numerical simulation is done,and the effects of the eccentricity,orifice number and gas film average thickness on the load capacity of the bearing are analyzed.The results show that the complex gas flows at the area of orifice into the gas film entrance region can be handled easily by the Fluent numerical simulation,the variation of the load capacity of bearing with different eccentricity are analyzed,and the load capacity of the bearing decrease with the increase of gas film average thickness and the decrease of orifice number.
