摘要 介绍了一种新型高效的轴承滚子四线摩擦副滚动接触疲劳寿命试验机。试验机主要包括驱动装置、从动装置和加载装置3部分,附加装置中的振动加速度传感器、热电偶、接近开关分别测量振动、温度和转速。试验滚子每转动1周承受4次等强度循环接触载荷作用,试验滚子的转速可达22 500 r/min,最大接触应力理论上可达4 GPa。该试验机可用于评定各种材料轴承滚子的滚动疲劳性能。 A new rolling contact fatigue life test rig with four contact lines is developed for bearing roller,which mainly consists of driving device,driven device and loading device.The vibration,temperature and speed are respectively measured by acceleration transducer,thermal couple,and proximity switch in additive device.The stresses of four contact lines in the bearing roller are equal to each other,the maximum speed of the tested roller is 22 500 r/min,and the maximum Hertz contact stress of the tested roller may attain 4 GPa.This test rig can be used in assessing rolling fatigue performance of bearing rollers made from different materials.
