摘要
利用多种大型工程软件,对某乘用车发动机的曲柄连杆机构进行了动力学分析。首先,基于ADAMS/Engine模块创建TU5JP4发动机的曲柄连杆机构的刚体动力学模型;之后,将曲轴、连杆视为柔性体,利用Pro/E软件创建其实体模型,并导入ANSYS/Flex模块生成模态中性文件;最后,将上述模态中性文件导入ADAMS,构造系统的刚柔混合动力学模型,并开展相关的数值仿真研究,提供了对发动机曲柄连杆机构的设计与改进的一种方法。
The dynamics analysis of crank and connecting rod mechanism of a passenger-car engine is carried out by using the large size engineer software.At first,the rigid body dynamics model of TU5JP4 engine crank and connecting rod mechanism is built based on ADAMS/Engine module.Then,the crank and connecting rod mechanism is regarded as flexible body.By using Pro/E software,the solid model is built and the modal neutral document is produced by ANSYS/Flex modular.At last,the above-mentioned imitate state neutral document is ducted into ADAMS software.The system of rigid-flexible mixed dynamics model is constituted and the related numerical simulation research is carried out.A method for the design and improvement of crank and connecting rod mechanism of passenger-car engine is provided.
