摘要
通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法重复测定烟叶制品中的Pb,建立不确定度评定数学模型,系统分析和量化不确定度各分量。分析了测量过程中的不确定度主要来源于样品质量测量引入的不确定度分量、样品水分测量引入的不确定度分量、样品溶解液体积引入的不确定度分量、样品浓度测量引入的不确定度分量、样品测量重复性引入的不确定度分量,当Pb平均含量为2.8177μg/g时,评定其扩展不确定度为0.1994μg/g。
Through a repeated measurement of lead in tobacco products by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS),the mathematic model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and the each portion of the uncertainty was systematically analyzed and estimated.The main sources of the uncertainty in the measurement process included the uncertainty component of sample quality measurement,the uncertainty component of sample moisture measurement,the uncertainty component of sample solution volume,the uncertainty component of sample concentration measurement and the uncertainty component of sample repetitive measurement,and were analyzed.When the average content of lead was 2.8177μg/g,and its expanded uncertainty was evaluated as 0.1994μg/g.
