摘要
以聚乙二醇[poly(ethyleneglyeol),PEG]为环境友好还原剂和稳定剂,水为反应介质,采用原位化学还原的方法制备了分散均匀、稳定性好的银/聚乙二醇纳米复合溶胶,重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、PEG的平均分子量等因素的影响,优化了制备条件。采用UV-Vis光谱、透射电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对优化条件下制备纳米复合溶胶的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明所得复合溶胶平均粒径在4 nm左右,具有很好的分散性和稳定性,可长期保存。
The homodeisterse and good stable Ag-PEG nano compositive colloids were prepared by chemical reduction method with polyethylene glycol(PEG) as the environment-friendly reductant and stabilizer and with water as the reaction medium.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,average molecular weight of PEG were investigated,and the preparation conditions were optimized.The structures and morphology of nano compositive colloids were prepared under the optimal condition were characterized by UV-Vis spectra,transmission electron microscope(TEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM),and the results showed the mean grain size of the compositive colloids was about 4nm,and the colloids had good dispersity and stability,that can keep for long time.
