摘要
针对目前我国石油化工企业的安全状况,健全完善了安全投入指标体系,构建了人力、物力、财力、信息4个二级指标,以及与此对应的24个三级指标的综合评价体系,以保障石油化工企业的安全生产经营。
In allusion to the current situation of petroleum chemical enterprise security situation, this paper improves safety input index system, by constructing comprehensive evaluation system of the four secondary indexes （ human, material resources financial resources, and information） and the corresponding 24 third indexes, which ensures the safety of petrochemical enterprises in the production and business operation.
