摘要
随着西藏旅游业的逐步发展,景区内部服务人员的素质逐渐成为制约西藏旅游业发展的瓶颈。文章结合西藏自治区旅游业"十一五"期间发展状况,分析了通过培训提升内部服务人员综合能力的必要性,并提出了符合西藏实际的旅游景区内部服务人员培训体系。
With the gradual development of Tibet's tourism, the quality of the service personnel of tourist attractions has become a major constraint to the development of Tibet's tourism. Based on the development of Tibet's tourism during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, this article analyses the necessity of promoting the integration capacity of the servicer personnel through training. In addition, a training system for the service personnel is constructed to be proper for the actual situation of Tibet's tourism.
