摘要
研究天津地区栽培的沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)与大叶黄杨(Euonymus japonicus)自然降温条件下叶片组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量在秋冬季生长过程中的变化.结果表明,在自然降温过程中,沙冬青叶片中各种保护性物质均升高,保护酶活性以及脯氨酸含量均显著高于大叶黄杨,而膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量却显著低于大叶黄杨叶片中含量.因此,从沙冬青和大叶黄杨2种植物抵御低温伤害的能力比较来看,沙冬青抗寒能力更强.
Changes of the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,perosidase(POD) activity,catalase(CAT) activity,the relative electric conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA) content and proline(Pro) content of the leaves both in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus and Euonymus japonicus in autumn and winter as temperature fell were studied.As temperature fell,the protective substances of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus increased obviously,both the enzyme activity and proline content of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus were higher than that of Euonymus japonicus,but MDA content of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus was lower than that of Euonymus japonicus.The changes above reflect that the ability to resist low temperature injury of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus is better than that of Euonymus japonicus.
