摘要
我们用Nafion修饰电极阳极溶出伏安法测定抗癌药左旋多巴(L-DOPA)获得了满意的结果。本文报导由于Na<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>3</sub>对左旋多巴的催化氧化作用,可使测定灵敏度进一步提高,检测下限达5.0×10<sup>-8</sup>mol/L。
Determination of L-DOPA by anodic stripping voltammetry on Nafion modified glassycarbon electrode has been catalyzed and improved with addition of sodium sulfate. Theoptimum condition of determination is described. The variation coefficient of six parallel de-terminations was 3.83% and the detection limit was 5.0×1.0^(-8)mol/L.The mechanism of theelectrode reaction is briefiy discussed.
