摘要
介绍了引信高过载机械冲击步进应力试验的基本原理,针对试验的机械冲击次数折算问题进行讨论。首先建立了数据折算的分析方法,然后引用统计试验中的Weibull分布场合分析方法对工程试验范畴的高过载步进应力试验的机械冲击次数折算进行了初步探讨,最后利用实验数据验证了该方法的可行性。
The basic principle of high overload step-stress testing for fuze was introduced,and the impact times conversion of high overload mechanical impact step-stress testing for fuze was discussed.Analysis method of data conversion was brought forward,then impact times conversion of high overload mechanical impact step-stress testing in category of engineering test was preliminarily studied through quoting statistical testing analysis method under Weibull distribution.Finally,the feasibility of this method was illustrated by experimental data.
