摘要
采用HPLC法,以重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、熊果酸和次乌头碱的含量为评价指标,优化了散结止痛巴布剂的醇提工艺条件,通过正交试验设计法考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量和回流时间对提取工艺的影响,采用多指标综合概率分析法分析数据。结果显示,醇提最佳工艺条件为:8倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5 h。
To optimize the ethanol extraction conditions of Sanjiezhitong cataplasm including ethanol concentration,ethanol quantity and extraction time,orthogonal experiment and multi-index comprehensive probabilistic analysis method were used.The contents of parissaponinⅠ,parissaponin Ⅱ,ursolic acid and hypaconitine were determined by HPLC and chosen as evaluation indexes.The optimal extraction technology was 8 times 70% ethanol with two times extraction,each for 1.5 h.
