摘要
目的:比较镇痛药的镇痛作用实验中两种常用实验方法的特点,为该实验提供更好的方法学依据。方法:采用3种药物,0.1%盐酸吗啡溶液、1%安乃近溶液、生理盐水溶液,学生随机分成A、B两组,分别采用热板仪法和化学刺激法进行药物的镇痛作用实验,在整个实验过程中采用单盲法。结果:在热板仪法中,吗啡在给药后15min起产生明显的镇痛作用,而安乃近在给药后30min开始产生镇痛作用。在给药后60min,吗啡的镇痛作用远远大于安乃近的作用。在化学刺激法中,吗啡和安乃近在给药后30min均能产生镇痛作用,安乃近的镇痛作用较吗啡更加明显。结论:热板仪法和化学刺激法均能用于药物镇痛作用的实验,但在药理学实验教学中采用热板仪法更加科学合理。
[Objective]To compare the characteristic of two commonly used experimental methods in analgesic effect experiment of analgesic and provide a better methodological basis for the experiment.[Method]The three kinds of drugs were used in experiment, 0.1%morphine hydrochloride solution,1%analgin solution and saline solution.The students were divided into groups A and B randomly and did analgesic effect experiments using hot - plate and chemical stimulation methods,respectively. Throughout the course of experiment,the single - blind method was used.[Result]In the hot - plate method,analgesic effects were significant in 15min after administration of morphine and 30min after administration of analgin.In 60min after administration, the analgesic effect of morphine was far greater than analgin.In the chemical stimulation method,analgesic effect was had in 30min after administration of morphine and analgin.The analgesic effect of analgin was more obvious than morphine.[Conclusion] The hot-plate and chemical stimulation methods can be used in the analgesic effect experiment of analgesic,but in the course of experimental pharmacology teaching,hot - plate method was more scientific and rational.
