摘要
从对混凝土保护层施工厚度的不确定性、施工质量的不均匀性统计分析出发,基于概率统计模型,确定了保护层厚度、劣化速率与使用寿命的相互关系,并根据敏感性分析,研究了各影响指标对寿命影响的影响规律,并提出了关键控制指标。最后结合等寿命设计理论,针对设计服役年限为100年的情况,分别对常见的板、柱、梁、拱肋、基础、锚碇、墩台等桥梁构件的劣化指标进行分析,建立了混凝土结构耐久性的量化控制指标,并参照强度验收方法,建议了耐久性检验方法。
As inhomogeneity of construction quality,degradation velocity(v) and thickness of concrete cover(d) can be regarded as normal distribution.Based on the statistic analysis,relations between structurale life and degradation velocity and thickness of concrete cover are studied.Based on the above research,contribution rules of parameters on life are studied by sensitivity analysis,and critical indexes influenced life are proposed.According to design theory of equal lives of variable components,durability quantified indexes are proposed,and control indexes of common components,such as plate-girder,pillar,beam,foundation and etc are calculated.Reference to acceptance specification of strength,acceptance method of durability is suggested.
