摘要
针对野外和现场快速无损分析应用,研制了一种便携式近红外光谱分析仪。该仪器具有体积小、结构简单、响应速度快、功耗低、抗震性好、使用方便和维护成本低等优点。详细描述了仪器的总体设计及主要结构,展现了其性能特点。对仪器进行了性能测试,结果显示该分析仪性能稳定,已达到了国际同类仪器水平。苹果糖度的现场无损测定数据表明,该分析仪具有较强的建模能力及高可靠性,其中校正标准偏差和验证集预测标准偏差分别为0.266和0.309。实验结果表明,该分析仪具有较强的现场应用能力,能够适应各种现场的应用环境。
A portable near infrared spectroscopy analyzer is developed for fieldwork analysis applications.Compared with other analyzers,the analyzer has many advantages,such as compact space,simple structure,fast time response,low power waste,anti-shake and low maintenance cost.Its features and configuration are described.The performance tests reveal the analyzer performs well.Furthermore,the analyzer has been successfully applied to non-damage measurement of apple sugar content on fieldwork.The low root mean square errors of calibration(RMSEC) and prediction(RMSEP) are given of 0.266 and 0.309 respectively.The results demonstrate that the analyzer is excellent in modeling and can deal with complex environment.
