摘要
预应力混凝土桥梁过大的预应力损失,导致了桥梁结构过早的失效或破坏。本文分别对预应力混凝土结构设计中弯曲孔道和管道偏差引起的预应力损失问题,在对接触正应力理论分析的基础上,试验研究了不同张拉力下、不同接触面夹角θ与摩擦力矩之间的关系,指出现行《规范》中预应力混凝土结构设计接触正应力假设的不正确性;同时,通过实桥结构试验,说明弯曲孔道预应力筋与孔道壁之间的摩阻是预应力损失的最主要因素,从而指出现有结构设计方法的严重不足和对结构预应力损失计算所带来的偏差;其结论对于大跨度预应力混凝土结构的设计与检测具有重要的指导意义。
The failure or destruction of pre-stressed concrete bridge structure is caused by excessive loss of pre-stress. As we know, curving hole and hole deviation are the main factors which result in pre-stressing loss of concrete structures. Based on the theory of contact normal stress,for the curving hole pre-stressed concrete structure,the article explore the relationship between different wrap angle θ and the friction moment under different tension by experiment. The results show that the assumption of contact normal stress distribution in current norm of pre-stressed concrete structures design is irrational. Further more, the friction between pre-stressed strand and the duct is the important factor of the prestressing loss by test on another entity structure. It pointed out that the error between calculation result and experimental data. So there are very important significance for the design of long span prestressed concrete bridge.
