摘要
文章介绍了以MSC1210为核心的多路数据采集系统作为下位机,以VB制作的空压机管理软件作为上位机,并通过无线方式传递数据的空压机无线控制系统的设计方法以及工作原理。该系统通过模拟开关可以采集多达32路的模拟量,以及2路脉冲量,并通过无线模块传递数据至上位机,具有采集精度高,处理能力强,速度快以及通用性强等优点,并且利用VB制作的上位机界面可以很方便的对实时数据进行计算、监控、储存以及生成动态曲线图等,操作简单、快捷。该系统现以成功应用于空压机改造工程中。
The paper introduced the designing method and working principle of a wireless air compressor control system which used MSC1210 as data acquisition processing center,used VB to produce managing software,and then send the data by wireless.This system used analog switch to collect as much as 32 channels analog data,and 2 channels pulse data.It has the characteristics of high velocity,high precision,strong function,high reliability etc.And what's more,we can calculate,examine,store data and draw picture easily form managing software.Now,this system has been used in air compressor rebuild project successfully.
