摘要
选用四种药用植物:黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)的根提取物黄芩苷、蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.)、白屈菜(Chelidonium majus L.)和博落回[Macleaya cordata (Will.)R.Br.]的全草丙酮提取物对植物病原真菌番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、蘑菇青霉病菌(Tenicillium sp.)和蘑菇根霉病菌(Rhizoqus sp.)进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明,四种药用植物对所供试菌种均有一定的抑制作用,抑菌率随浓度的增加而增加。黄芩苷对灰霉和根霉的抑菌作用显著,抑菌率均达到80%以上;蒲公英、白屈菜和博落回的丙酮提取液在0.1 g/ml的浓度下对蘑菇根霉病菌的菌丝生长抑制作用显著。
The inhibitory influence of four kind of medicine plant extracts against the growth of Botrytis cinerea,Tenicillium sp.and Rhizoqus sp.were examined.The results indicated that all four kinds of medicine plants showed obvious inhibiting effects to three kind of fungi,in which baicalin showed significant inhibition effect on Botrytis cinerea and Rhizoqus sp.,inhibition rate was higher than 80%.The concentration of the tested samples of Chelidonium majus,Taraxacum mongolicum and Macleaya cordata was 0.1 g/ml,the bactericidal coefficient was high remarked to Rhizoqus sp.
