摘要
综述了番木瓜的品种选育及组培快繁技术的研究进展。番木瓜品种选育手段主要有引种驯化、杂交育种、转基因抗病育种、分子标记辅助选择育种以及诱变育种等。番木瓜的组培快繁主要包括外植体选择、芽增殖、根诱导及移植成苗等关键技术。
Variety breeding and tissue cultured seedling rapid propagation of Carica papaya L.were reviewed in this paper. Variety breeding of Carica papaya L.includes introduction and domestication,cross breeding,transgenic disease-resistance breeding,marker-assisted selection breeding and muta(?) breeding etc.,and rapid propagation process of tissue cultured seedlings in Carica papaya L.is mainly composed by explant selection,shoot multiplication,root inducement and transplanting etc..
