摘要
以面向服务的思想,采用GIS及Web Service等技术,并结合专业知识模型构建SaaS模式下的管理与决策支持系统,实现低成本、可跨平台重用的农田环境数字化管理和农产品安全生产决策支持功能。通过集成信息采集平台和短信息发送平台,形成了集数据采集与更新、数据查询与统计、数据分析与评价,以及信息发布于一体的农田环境在线管理与空间决策支持体系。系统在北京大兴区长子营镇留民营村进行应用,取得了预期的效果。
Using GIS and Web Service technologies,and integrated the expertise model,management and decision support system by SaaS mode with service-oriented thinking was established,to implement low-cost,cross-platform and reusable functions of digital management for farmland environment and decision support for agricultural production safety.By integrating information collection platforms and message sending platform,the architecture,including data collection and updating,data query and statistics,data analysis and evaluation,and information released was formed in one set for farmland environmental on-line management and spatial decision support.The system was applied in Liuminying village,located in Zhangziying Town of Daxing district in Beijing suburb,and the desired result was achieved.
