摘要
目的为了解某蛇形管生产线直管对接焊缝X射线检测系统工作场所的防护情况,评估该系统在运行过程中对放射工作人员和公众健康与安全的影响。方法按照(GBZ 117-2006)《工业X射线探伤卫生防护标准》的要求进行检测。结果铅房进出管孔以远,辊道北区及南区边界处位置所测的空气比释动能率在<0.10~3.79μGy/h之间,铅房周围其余位置所测的空气比释动能率在<0.10~0.52μGy/h之间。结论该工业探伤工作场所防护情况良好,其防护效果达到了辐射防护的要求,该系统在正常运行条件下,不会对放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全造成影响。
[Objective]To learn the protective situation of workplace of X-ray inspection system for welding seam in straight tube butt of a serpentine pipe production line,evaluate the effect of this system on radiation workers' health and public safety during operation. [Methods]According to the requirements of the Radiological protection standards for industrial X-ray detection(GBZ 117-2006),the detection was performed. [Results]The air kerma rate of lead room tube hole,boundary of north zone and south zone of roller table ranged from 0.10 μGy/h to 3.79 μGy/h,and that of other location around the lead room ranged from 0.10 μGy/h to 0.52 μGy/h. [Conclusion]The protective situation of this industrial inspection workplace is good,and its protective effect accords with the requirements of radiation protection.When this system runs normally,it dose not affect the health of radiation workers and public safety.
