基于云计算和视频智能分析的变电站视频及环境监控系统升级方案设计 被引量:8

Upgrading Scheme Design for Video and Environment Monitoring System of Transformer Station Based on Cloud Computing and Video Intelligent Analysis

摘要 为了实现电网信息管理一体化、智能化,需要升级现有的变电站视频及环境监控系统,以实现统一的视频智能分析平台服务。升级方案在现有的主站系统中增加云计算服务器及新设计的云计算服务软件,为电力相关信息系统及电力各专业管控平台提供所需视频和环境监控信息服务支持;在站端视频及环境信息处理单元上增加新设计的智能视频分析软硬件模块,以增加物体移动侦测识别、进出车辆牌照识别、人脸及行为识别、火灾烟雾图像识别等视频智能分析功能。本系统目前尚在内部试验阶段,推广使用后能够实现变电站视频和环境的集中综合智能分析管理,帮助电网管理者及时发现各种电力设备缺陷,大幅度降低电网安全风险。 To realize integration and intelligentization of power information management and uniform video intelligent analysis platform service,it is necessary to escalate the existing video and environment monitoring system of the transformer station.The escalation scheme is to provide necessary video and environment monitoring information service support for power-related information system and each professional control platform of power through adding the cloud computing server and newly-designed cloud computing software into the existing main station system;Adding newly-designed intelligent video analysis software and hardware modules to main station video and environment information processing unit so as to increase video intelligence analysis functions such as: motion detection recognition of object,recognition of license of in and out vehicles,recognition of human face and behavior and recognition of fire and smoke image,etc.The centralized and comprehensive intelligent analysis and management of video and environment of the transformation station is realized,the power system manager is provided with help to find out various defects in power equipment immediately and the risk in power system security is reduced substantially after promotion and application of the system,which is still in the experimental stage inside.
