摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法,对黑龙江省普通高校排球教练员的现状与知识结构、专业能力等情况行了调查分析,找到差距与不足,并提出了提高教练员综合素质的对策与建议。
Through the methods of document,questionnaire and interview,the authors analyse the current situation and knowledge structure and special ability of the volleyball coaches in Heilongjiang province in order to find out the disparity and put forward sone counter measure and suggestions of improving the quality of the coach.
