摘要
随着我国的EMBA教育规模不断扩大,EMBA学位论文指导与答辩过程中出现了一些新的问题。本文从EMBA学位论文的指导、撰写、答辩环节入手,分析了普通工商管理硕士学位论文与EMBA学位论文的不同点,在此基础上,提出了EMBA学位论文的“组团式”指导新模式,并根据对EMBA学位论文创新性的界定,提出了EMBA学位论文指导过程和答辩模式的创新,以及在创新中要解决的具体问题,为提高EMBA学位论文质量提供了一种思路。
With the development of EMBA education scales in China,some new problems have been brought in instructions and defenses of EMBA degree thesis.Based on differences between MBA degree thesis and EMBA degree thesis from instructions,composes and defenses,a new pattern,named 'team-working',has been proposed.According to the definition of innovation in EMBA degree thesis,this paper presents the innovation in instruction process and defense mode of degree thesis,then gives the detailed problems to solve in process of the innovation.Our work gives a new way for enhancing degree thesis's quality.
