摘要
当前医疗大环境的改变,高等医学教育规模的扩大,社会不良风气的侵蚀,医患关系的紧张,病人自我保护和维权意识的加强,激励竞争机制和管理体制上的缺陷等使临床实习教学工作发生了很大变化,需要我们采取相应的对策,提高思想认识,强化教学意识,正确处理医疗、教学、科研三者关系,健全临床教学组织及教学工作制度,加强临床教师队伍建设,提高临床教学质量,努力认真负责地培养出高质量、高素质的新一代合格医生。
Nowadays,the work of clinic practice teaching has brought about a profound change due to the environmental change of medical treatment,the scope expansion of higher medical education,the erosion of bad social vogue,the tense relationship between doctors and patients,the self-safeguard consciousness and maintaining right of patients,the system drawback of encouragement and competition and management,etc.So we should take countermeasures to responsibly cultivate the new era qualified doctor with higher professional quality by improving the cognition of thought,strengthening the consciousness of teaching, correctly dealing with the relations of medical treatment and teaching and scientific research,perfecting the organization and system of clinic teaching,strengthening the construction of clinic teaching staff,improving the teaching quality,etc.
