摘要
目的:探讨护理人员行为评价体系的建立及病人对护理工作满意度的影响。方法:将2003年随机发放的240份病人满意度调查表与2003年底建立护理人员行为评价体系后,2004年和2005年分别随机发放的240份病人满意度调查表进行比较,各岗位护理人员行为评价的内容根据权重进行评价。结果:护理人员评价体系实施后,病人对医院的护理服务满意度从实施前的87%提高到目前的96.3%。结论:护理人员行为评价的建立有助于病人满意度的提高。
[Objective]This paper discuses the establishment of a behavioral assessment of nursing personnel and the effects of the extent of patients' satisfaction with nursing service on their behaviors.[Method]A behavioral assessment was made at the end of 2003,based on the 240 questionnaires distributed to patients at random in 2003 to learn the extent of their satisfaction with nursing service.There was a comparison among 240 questionnaires distributed respectively to patients about the extent of their satisfaction with nursing service in the year of 2004 and 2005.The contents of the behavioral assessment of nursing personnel on different positions are evaluated according to the method of weighting.[Result]After the implement of assessment of nursing personnel,the extent of patients' satisfaction with nursing service increases in the hospital from the previous 87%to the current 96.3%.[Conclusion]It is helpful to establish a behavioral assessment of nursing personnel for improving the extent of patients' satisfaction.
