摘要
利用PI系统对SCADA、电量采集等实时系统的数据进行集成,并将其作为一个供各种应用共享的数据平台是电力企业解决信息孤岛的一种方法。本文介绍了TH2100 SCADA/EMS系统与PI系统数据集成过程中的关键技术,讨论了实时数据的接口方案、通信规约的设计要求、规约的主要报文格式和传送机制等,同时,还指出了该通信规约的适用范围。
The PI(Plant Information System) database system can be used to make data integration of real-time data manage system, such as SCADA, EMS system, and it provide a common data accessing mechanism for other application who needs data acquisition. This technology gives a way to consolidate many Information Isolated Islands inside the electric company. Therefore, it is a key task of information sharing to implement a data exchange schema between SCADA and PI system. This paper attempts to develop a frame of data interface between PI and SCADA, which include the net protocol, data stream structure, exchange mechanism, and application interface. Furthermore, this paper also addresses the application area of this protocol.
