摘要
该文详细介绍了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的配电运行管理系统(DOM)中的图形编辑模块。针对当前国内配电网管理系统(DMS)中的数据难以统一和维护、开发周期长等难题,提出了行之有效的解决办法。通过使用国际上通用的地理信息的数据存储方式,用图论的数学方法和面向对象的技术建立起面向配电网设备的数学模型,并且提供了各种方便的专题图转换工具,最终使地理图和监控所用的所有专题图数据统一,拓扑关系一致,并为配电网的各种高级应用提供了数据基础。最后,通过一个实际应用的例子,证实了本软件在设计上的合理性和工程中的实用性。
The paper introduces Graphics Editor of GIS based distribution operation management(in short DOM) system.A effective method is proposed to resolve some problems of distribution operation management especially at data-share and long developing circle.By using data-storage method of international general geographical information, graphics theory method and advanced Object Oriented technology, the authors built a math model of distribution network facility oriented.In order to make data shared and to remain topology relation identically, this paper also provide some special graphic converted methods. Finally, the rationality of the proposed method is verified by a real practice system.
