摘要
提出了交流传动内燃机车利用牵引变流器变频启动柴油发电机组的方案。分别对带位置速度传感器的120°方波电流控制启动、带速度传感器的磁场定向控制启动和无位置速度传感器的转速开环启动三种不同的变频启动柴油发电机组的方案进行了仿真研究,并分别进行了试验验证;提出了采用电压源牵引逆变器、同步发电机组和蓄电池的方法;开发了一套变频启动装置启动柴油发电机。实际应用结果证明了本方案的有效性。
A strategy is put forward to achieve the variable frequency starting for diesel locomotive of AC with traction inverter.Three different kinds of methods,including starting controlled by 120°square waves with velocity sensor,starting controlled by directional magnetic field with velocity sensor and opening starting of rotate speed without velocity sensor,are separately simulated and tested by practical test.At last,a starting equipment with an inverter,which uses traction inverter of voltage source,synchronization motor and accumulator,is developed.It is tested practically and works well.
