摘要
文中运用层次分析的理论与方法,在火箭布(扫)雷车管理评价框架指标体系的基础上,建立了合理的综合评价模型,探讨了基于组件技术和网络技术建立一个适应各种不同层次、不同地区的开放型、通用的火箭布(扫)雷车管理评估系统,提出了系统的组件化模型,构建了基于B/S体系结构的分布式评估系统,文中全面考虑评判过程中的定性指标及定量指标,为正确评价与决策提供了科学的方法及手段。
This paper discussed the solution to the rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system's synthetical management evaluation system based on component technology, which is an open and universal system and can suit to diverse levels and regions. The system component model was put forward and a distributed evaluating system based on B/S(Browse/ Services) software configuration was established. The qualitative and quantitative indexes influencing decision-making process of manage system evaluation are fully taken into consideration. This provides scientific methods and ways for proper evaluation of management efficiency of the rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system.
