摘要
提出了一种基于统计学理论的图像分割方法。使用核函数的方法对数字图像进行非参数聚类分析。首先随机选择图像集合中一定数量的点,进而应用均值平移过程对这些数据点进行聚类,最后根据一定的准则合并性质相同的区域从而实现图像分割。试验结果表明该方法能够得到较好的图像分割效果。
A practical approach to image segmentation based statistics is presented in this paper.It adopts kernel function to analysis digital image that is called nonparametric cluster analysis.Firstly,a certain quantity of points is selected from the image randomly.Then the points are clustered by mean shift procedure.Finally,the regions,which have the same characteristic,are merged according to a certain principle.The experimental results show that mean shift proce- dure is an effective method to image segmentation.
