摘要
由于汽车前后悬架与其簧上质量组成的振动系统的固有频率,是影响汽车行驶平顺性的主要参数之一。本文使用 ANSYS 软件提供的模态分析功能,建立钢板弹簧的有限元模型,从整车设计的角度出发,确定钢板弹簧的自振频率,为避免产生共振提供了一种新的方法,进而可以提高汽车的乘坐舒适性。
Because the inherent frequence of the libration system which are composed by the front/rear suspending and the mass on them is one of the main parameters affecting smooth performance of the vehicle driving.This paper used the function of model analysis offered by ANSYS,established the FEA model of spring,defined the inherent frequence of spring from the views of vehicle-design.And the method mentioned in the paper is a new way to avoid produce resonance,furthermore, improving comfortable performance of the vehicle
