摘要
采用 HPLC 法进行分离,流动相甲醇-醋酸胺(70:30)为流动相,流速约为每分钟0.8ml,检测波长为254nm。在60.78～141.82ug/ml 的浓度内线性关系良好(r=0.9997,n=5)。回收率为99.56%。重复性试验结果的精密度1.25%。方法简便准确。
HPLC was used for the analsis with methods :ammonium acetate (70:30) as mobile phase eluted at 0.8ml/min and detected at 254nm,conclusion :The linear ragng was between 60.78~141.82ug/ml (r=0.9997,n=5),Keyworks:Telmisartan capsules ,HPLC,Assay,Testiong for related Substances.
