摘要
目的:调查了解围绝经期妇女患慢性躯体疾病患者抑郁障碍的发生状况。方法:对白纸坊社区227例40～55岁患慢性躯体疾病的妇女采用问卷调查。结果:227例中有抑郁症状者145例,发生率为63．9％。抑郁症状的发生率与疾病病程及所患病种数量成正相关。抑郁状态在有围绝经期综合征者中发生率高于无围绝经期综合征者。结论:抑郁症状在患有慢性躯体疾病的围绝经期妇女中发生率较高,抑郁症状常由于躯体疾病的存在而被掩盖。
Objective: To investigate the present situation of depression symptoms in peri - menopausal women with chronicity systemic diseases and to happen state. Methods: The questionnaire use 227 women with chronicity systemic diseases Which aged 40~55 in Bai Zhifang area. Results:The prevalence of depression symptoms in 227 cases was 63. 9% 145 cases. The prevalence of depression symptoms together with course of diseases was positive correlation. Depression symptoms in women with perimenopausal syndrome incidence rate was higher than those without. Conclusions: The occurrence of depression symptoms related in peri - menopausal women with chronicity systemic diseases is high. Due to presence of chronicity systemic diseases depression symptoms was masking.
