摘要
促进社会和谐是我国发展的重要目标和必要条件。而要实现社会的和谐,就要正确处理公平与效率的关系,更加注重社会公平,寻求公平与效率的均衡。
It is an important objective and necessary condition for the development of our country to promote the harmo- ny in the society.To achieve the aim,we should properly handle the relationship between fairness and efficiency,pay more attention to social fairness and seek balance between fairness and efficiency.
