摘要
人力资源是当代企业最宝贵的资源,人力资源所具有的创造性和可持续利用性,是世界上任何一种物质资源所无法比拟和替代的。因此,坚持人本管理,是提升企业竞争力的关键。在企业管理中,要坚持以人为本,尊重员工的主体意识;要善待员工,实行民主管理,为精英人才搭建施展才华的舞台;要注重企业文化建设,承担社会责任。
Human resources is among the most valuable ones in the modern firms.Nothing in the world can compare with it and take the place of it,because the human resources have the creativity and continuous utilities.Therefore,it is the key task to persist the personal management.In the firms management people should fllolw the personal principles and respect the employees'own ideas,treat them kindly and manage the firms correctly,set up the stage for talents,pay attention to the culture of firms and assume the social responsibility.
