摘要
在构建和谐社会伟大战略的进程中,高等院校应率先构建和谐大学,以此带动全国各行各业构建和谐社会的工作。坚持科学发展观是构建和谐大学的前提;坚持民主与法治是构建和谐大学的保障;弘扬大学精神,实现公平正义是构建和谐大学的目标诉求;培养和谐发展的人,是构建和谐大学的基础;建设和谐的校园文化,是构建和谐大学的具体践行。
During the process of carrying out the great strategy of building a harmonious society,harmonious universities should be built first so as to boost the work of all walks of life in the whole nation,with the prerequisite being adopted the idea of scientific development,the guarantee adhering to democracy and legal system,the aim carrying forward the university spirit,the foundation training the people to be harmoniously developed,and the concrete practice creating the harmonious campus culture.
