摘要
目的:设计一种基于 FLASH(闪速大容量存储器)的存储测试系统。方法:用 CPLD 设计并实现对128MFLASH—K9K1G08UOM 的控制。结果:解决了存储测试系统容量问题,实现了高速大容量采集存储。结论:采用该设计方法所设计的存储测试系统不但可以实现高速的采集数据,而且还可以扩展更大存储容量空间。
The paper introduces one design method about Stored Testing and Measuring System based on CPLD(complex programmable logic device),FIFO(first in first out)and FLASH techniques.The hardware principle and software de- sign idea are presented respectively.It adopted K9K1G08UOM of SAMSUNG as memory.It discusses in detail CPLD controlling on FLASH.The system can not only acquire data from multiple channels with high speed,but also can ex- tend the channels for sampling more data.
