摘要
主要介绍了自制新型的微位移传感器的结构;利用该传感器,8031单片机,高速14位A/D转换器(MAX125)和交流桥式应变仪等构成了大磁致材料磁致伸缩参数自动测量系统,其测量的重复性和速度比传统的应变法有明显的提高.
It is chiefly introduced the structure of a novel self-made micro-displacement sensor.The automatic measurement system of magnetostriction parameter of rare earth ferromagnetic materials has been formed by the sensor,8031 microprocessor,14 bits high speed A/D converter(MAX125) and the strain gauge of alternating current bridge type etc.The repeatability and speed of its measurement are evidently improved than the traditional apparatus.
